KARACHI, June 16: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah took notice of bomb attacks in the Landhi and Karsaz areas, a statement issued here by the press secretary to the chief minister of Sindh on Sunday said.
It said that the chief minister had sought an immediate report from the Inspector General of Police about both these incidents. He directed that the police patrolling be enhanced in the city and the number of police posts be increased in sensitive areas.
He said protection of people’s lives and property must be ensured and steps were taken to maintain law and order.—APP
